Clyde arriving at Aviemore with a Strathspey Railway Shareholders' Special from Boat of Garten comprising 43024 (CL) and ex-LMS 32988 (BGZ). It is just to the north of the site of the future Speyside Station platforms - hence the temporary platform made from sleepers. Clyde was built in 1951 by Andrew Barclay & Sons Ltd. for the South of Scotland Electricity Board at Braehead Power Station. It had works number 2315 and is now called Lady Ingrid on the Spa Railway, the CL is awaiting restoration and the BGZ was destroyed by arsonists in 1992.
