Description:: On arrival of the first service of day from GQS to Oban, Fort William & Mallaig the Oban bound passengers had to transfer to a Rail Replacement bus, Clearly they found the station exit but after that it all went wrong as they turned left at the bottom of the steps and headed up to the main road where there was no bus. They should have gone right but they had clearly not been told where to go! Poor show by ScotRail staff.
