Description:: The Blue Pullman hasn't been entirely all blue as of late, with Intercity liveried 43049 standing in for 43055 as of the start of May. Here the mismatched powercar takes lead through Holytown working the 5Z15 Crewe - Dundee ECS in preparation for the North Wales Coast Pullman charter the following day, 43046 on the tail. Was very pleased and a tad bewildered to be greeted with sunny conditions on this occassion, as the weather forecast did not look very promising the night before with mostly cloudy conditions expected all day.
