Description:: The "Oberservation Car" 99965 at the rear of The Royal Scotsman luxury tour train. This was orginally built by Metro-Cammell as Pullman Kitchen car 319 'SNIPE' in 1960. It was heavily modified for its current use in 1990, an now features an open veranda at one end. Photographed at Edinburgh Waverely on 22 June 2001.
